4. Order Acceptance & Delivery

“All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

We will deliver your products to the address shown on your order details email. However we hold the right to cancel your order if we are unable to deliver to the address.

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to us to acquire the products you have chosen in accordance with these terms and conditions. If required, we reserve the right to decline your offer.

The risk of loss and title to the items you order will pass to you upon delivery of the products to the location you specified in your order information. Upon delivery, any defective or missing products must be reported to the courier.”

5. Payment

“The price of each product is listed next to the product details or picture. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of UK delivery costs.

Prices are in pound sterling. VAT is at 20% (excluding children’s clothing, supplements and animal feed).

Payment can be made using Master Card and Visa. No goods will be dispatched until credit/debit card transactions have been authorised and payment received by us.

Your products will only be delivered only when we have received full payment and complete and accurate information for delivery has been given.

If you purchase an item listed as in stock on the internet and we discover that it is now out of stock, you will be alerted by email or phone as soon as reasonably practicable. You will be offered the choice of cancelling your order or waiting until the item comes to stock before it is shipped to you.

Your card provider may charge you for using your card on our Website. Please check the terms and conditions with your card provider carefully and in advance of submitting your payment details.

If we do not have enough goods in stock, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone, and your payment transaction will be cancelled or refunded. We shall complete this as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days from the expected delivery date. We shall not be liable for any compensation if the goods you ordered are not accessible for whatever reason.

If you prefer to place an order over the phone, our helpful staff is available between 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and Sunday between 9am and 4pm.

6. Returns Policy

“If you return an item to us in perfect condition and with the original packaging within 14 days, we will gladly exchange or refund you the original price.” This has no bearing on your statutory rights.

Please keep in mind that we only issue refunds when goods have not been dispatched or after an assessment of returned items. All refund requests are handled on an individual basis.”

Due to Health and Safety rules, we are unable to touch and inspect returned items unless they are clean and dry. This is especially true of horse attire and boots. This provision complies with the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974.

You may not terminate your contract if you have removed any sealed packaging from a product or purchased non-returnable products. Non-returnable items will be clearly marked on their product pages. Personalised or Special Order products, Riding Hats, Pants are all confirmed non-returnable.

Returns of International orders for products purchased outside of the EU will be refunded only for the goods purchased and NOT for the delivery cost.

Goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This includes all packaging, which must be in good condition and ready for resale. Items must be returned in protective packaging and no tape, labels, or glue should be attached directly on the packaging as this can cause damage that will affect resell. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of these damages from the amount refunded to you.

7. Our Liability

Nothing in the contract or elsewhere will exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or fraud, or liability that we are responsible for in relation to protecting consumer rights, or for any other matters that it would be illegal for us to exclude. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We are not liable to you for loss or damage that we could not reasonably have predicted as a consequence of you misusing the goods, or loss and/or damage as a result of wear and tear or otherwise from a goods that is damaged after it was given to you.”


Some of the goods we sell are fashion items and may not be appropriate for sports or other activities. You should therefore ensure that the items are appropriate for the type of sporting activity for which you intend to use them.

We will enter into the contract with you as a consumer, and we will not be liable for any business losses that you may incur as a result of Us violating the contract. For example, We will not be liable for any lost profits or revenue.

Nothing in these Terms of use shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.

8. Delivery

HORSE FEED DELIVERIES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN 15 MILES RADIUS FROM BATTLE, EAST SUSSEX TN32 5JJ ONLY.

Your order will be delivered by the Royal Mail or Parcelforce/Interlink Express. The time of the delivery is between 3 to 5 days if the goods are in stock. we aim to dispatch all items within 2 days of the receipt of an order.

If you have provided an e-mail address, you should receive a dispatch e-mail once your Order is dispatched.

We intend to deliver the goods within the timeframes indicated on our website. Any reference to a “working day” should mean any day of the week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. However, all delivery dates given on our website and in any correspondence are merely approximations. This means that we will not be responsible if goods are delivered outside of such periods, and we will not be accountable for the consequences of any delay. If we are unable to deliver the goods within the specified timeframe, we will notify You through e-mail and provide you with an updated delivery estimate.

If the goods you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you by email.

We do not promise that all goods will be delivered to You in a single delivery if You order multiple goods, and We reserve the right to deliver in multiple consignments.

Ownership of the goods will not pass to you until the goods are delivered to You. The goods will be at your risk from the time they are delivered, and You must take reasonable care of them.

We reserve the right to make alternate delivery arrangements based on the carrier we use to deliver the goods. This may involve entrusting the goods to a neighbour or storing them in a secure location on or near your property.

If the goods are not delivered on the expected date, you must tell us within 30 days of such failure to deliver.

All intellectual property rights in the goods, including all designs, trademarks, brand names, pictures, and logos, are and will remain Our property or the property of our licensors. You shall have no rights, title, or interest in the intellectual property rights at any time.
